Order Processing & Dispatch
All Foyris orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Orders are delivered between 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday.
Modifying or Cancelling an Order
Please note that we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed.
To avoid errors, kindly double-check your item selection and shipping information before confirming your order.
If you notice an error and need assistance, email our customer care team immediately at [email protected]. While we do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes as our warehouse ships daily.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email from shipping company.
All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, a pick-up card will be left for you to collect the parcel.
If you authorize the courier to leave the parcel without a signature, Foyris and the shipping company are not liable for any loss or theft.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Once dispatched, we cannot change the address. You may contact the courier to request redirection, but Foyris is not responsible for rerouted deliveries.
Orders returned due to an invalid address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
We are not liable for any loss or theft once an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address.
Item Availability
We strive to keep our inventory accurate. However, in rare cases, if an item is unavailable after purchase, our team will contact you via email with the option to:
– Choose a suitable replacement
– Get a full refund
Missing or Lost Orders
If your order is not delivered, missing, or lost, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. If the shipping provider confirms the parcel as lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, you must notify us within 5 days of the stated delivery date.
Please note:
Carriers do not accept claims for stolen packages. Orders marked as delivered with proof of delivery are not eligible for reimbursement.
