We understand that you may need to return or exchange products during your shopping experience. To protect your rights, please read the following return and exchange policies carefully:
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, whether it is part of the product or the entire order.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
• Be in its original condition (unwashed, undamaged, clean and tidy).
• All original labels and packaging must be attached.
Sale and Clearance Items:
Special or Clearance Items cannot be returned for personal reasons (such as dislike, over-purchase, etc.), and can only be returned if the product has quality problems.
Defective Items:
If the product you receive has quality defects, please contact customer service via email [email protected] within 3 days after receiving the product, and provide relevant evidence such as the order number, product photos or videos. Please do not return defective products without customer service confirmation.
For returns due to personal reasons, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer, and the initial shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded.
If there is a quality problem with the product, after confirmation by customer service, the return shipping fee and the initial shipping fee shall be borne by us.
If you need to exchange, please contact customer service through [email protected], stating the order number, the product to be replaced and the reason. Customer service will provide you with a replacement plan based on inventory and product status. If there is no inventory or the conditions for exchange are not met, you will be advised to return and refund.
Contact application: Please send an email to [email protected], stating the order number, the returned product and the reason. If the product is defective, please attach a description of the problem and relevant pictures/videos.
Waiting for review: Customer service will contact you after receiving the email to confirm whether the return application is approved.
Returning the goods: If approved, please send the goods to the following address:

Processing feedback: After we receive the return, we will complete the refund or exchange within 14 working days and notify you by email.
After the returned goods are inspected and found to be correct, we will notify you of the refund progress by email.
The refund will be returned to your payment account within 14 working days.
If the refund is delayed, please check your bank account and credit card company first, as there may be delays in bank processing. If you still have not received the refund, please contact us via the above email.
• Please be sure to use a trackable logistics method to return the goods to avoid losses caused by transportation loss. If the goods are lost during transportation or not delivered to our return department, no refund will be made.
• Our company will not be responsible for any merchandise that is returned without customer service’s consent and will not provide a refund if it is lost during transportation or fails to be delivered.
