Foyris has established a complete and dynamic modern slavery risk assessment system, and regularly conducts a comprehensive review of all business activities. Focus on the links in the business process that may have high risks, such as personnel recruitment and project execution. Through continuous monitoring and analysis, potential modern slavery risks are identified in a timely manner, and targeted prevention and mitigation measures are quickly formulated and implemented. At the same time, according to changes in the market environment, industry development trends and emerging risk factors, the direction and focus of risk assessment are flexibly adjusted to ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of the assessment work.
1. Personnel management
In the recruitment process, Foyris strictly reviews the information of job seekers to ensure that the recruitment process is fair, transparent and voluntary, and eliminates any forced or involuntary labor. Provide a safe, healthy and fair working environment for all personnel to protect their legitimate rights and interests and freedom. At the same time, establish a complete care mechanism, pay attention to the physical and mental health and career development needs of personnel, conduct regular satisfaction surveys, and promptly discover and solve potential problems.
Foyris conducts anti-modern slavery training for all personnel. The training content includes the definition, manifestations, hazards of modern slavery, and the responsibilities and obligations of individuals in preventing modern slavery risks. Through a variety of training methods such as case analysis and simulation exercises, help master the methods and skills of identifying and responding to modern slavery risks and improve risk prevention awareness and capabilities.
2. Business process management
Foyris strictly controls all business processes to ensure that all business activities comply with the anti-modern slavery principles. During the project execution, the responsibilities and obligations of all parties are clarified, and the management and supervision of partners are strengthened to avoid the risk of modern slavery caused by business cooperation. Establish and improve the business process review mechanism, conduct regular compliance checks on business processes, and promptly discover and correct possible problems.
3. Reporting and investigation mechanism
Foyris has established a variety of convenient and secure reporting channels, such as dedicated email addresses, reporting hotlines, online reporting platforms, etc., to encourage all personnel, partners and other stakeholders to report any suspected modern slavery. We promise to conduct serious and fair investigations on all reports, strictly protect the privacy of reporters, and ensure that reporters will not suffer any form of retaliation. During the investigation process, we follow rigorous procedures and standards, take necessary measures in a timely manner, properly handle relevant issues, and properly record and archive the results of the investigation.
