Life can be hard but shopping with us shouldn’t be, so here is a break down of FAQ’s for anything to do with your experience shopping with us on Foyris. We’ve tried to help break it down and make it super easy for you!
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Which couriers do you use?
We ship with FedEx and DHL. If you’re in a remote area, your parcel may be delivered by UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to multiple countries worldwide. We do not ship to APO, DPO or FPO addresses.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
A delivery card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection. If you authorize delivery without a signature, Foyris and the courier cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
What are the conditions for a return?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
– In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean and tidy)
– With all original tags and packaging attached
Are sale or clearance items returnable?
Sale and clearance items are not returnable for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size). They can only be returned if the item is defective.
I received a defective item. What should I do?
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect. Do not return the item until customer service confirms your request.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, email [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to exchange, and the reason. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll advise you to return it for a refund.
How long does a refund take?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. If it’s delayed, please check with your bank or card provider first.
What if I return an item without approval?
A: Returns made without prior customer service approval will not be processed, and we are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is not available at this time but will be introduced in future collections.
I’m between sizes. What should I do?
We recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Each product page has a detailed size chart with inches and centimeters.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Some styles are restocked based on demand. Sign up for restock notifications or email us to check availability.
Are your women’s suits suitable for both formal and semi-formal events?
Yes, our women’s suits can be styled for formal office wear or semi-formal occasions.
What’s the difference between single-breasted and double-breasted men’s suits?
Single-breasted suits are versatile for business and semi-formal occasions. Double-breasted suits are more formal, ideal for weddings and black-tie events.
How do I care for my suit to ensure it lasts?
We recommend dry cleaning suits only. Avoid machine washing or ironing directly. Refer to care labels for detailed instructions.
Do you offer alterations or tailoring services?
Currently, we do not provide alteration services. We recommend visiting a local tailor for adjustments.
Do I need an account to place an order?**
Yes. Creating an account helps streamline checkout, track orders, and manage returns.
What should I do if I forgot my account password?**
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your password via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one promo code can be applied per order.
Will I be charged customs fees?
Import duties and taxes may apply on international orders. Customers are responsible for these fees.
